Niazi Hoolash is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with over 25 years’ experience in Industry and big-4 Practice. He has had an international career in Assurance and Advisory roles successfully leading a number of iconic engagements for some of the largest clients on the planet. He has worked in different parts of the world, namely across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Russia, Singapore, India, Thailand, UK, France, Italy the Indian Ocean Islands, and more recently Australia.

In Industry, Niazi held senior roles in Mauritius and overseas, culminating in his 6-year tenure as CFO for Air Seychelles. He contributed in achieving record profits and cash flow during troubled times for the global aviation industry.

His areas of expertise include Sustainability, Finance and Business Transformation, Governance, Risk, Controls, and Deals Value maximisation. He also keeps a portfolio of select Assurance clients focussing on technically complex engagements from an IFRS standpoint. He has a track record of building high-performing teams and bringing the best out of people. Currently a Partner and Advisory Leader with Chase Derwitt, a member of PrimeGlobal, Niazi loves engaging his audience through lectures on emerging trends and evangelising global best practice.
